Little yogis of Red Roses Public School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and joy!
Dressed in comfortable attire and wearing cheerful smiles, our young learners embraced the ancient practice of yoga with grace and energy.
From the calming Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) to the powerful Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), children explored a variety of asanas, learning the importance of balance, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Through yoga, they discovered the joy of movement and the peace of stillness.

It was a delightful experience filled with fun, focus, and a whole lot of positivity!
Let’s raise a generation that is strong in body, calm in mind, and kind in spirit.
