A ‘knowledge centre’ has been set up that provides a vast repository of over 30,000 digital updated modules. Classrooms are fully equipped with wide panel display systems, computers & blue tooth mouse and embedded multimedia blackboard systems.
The modules in knowledge centre are embedded in a template that allows the teachers to teach a chosen lesson in class, frame by frame, with engaging and instructionally sound animated set of visuals while retaining complete control on the pace of delivery. The curriculum reach unfolds from kindergarten to class XII covering subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, EVS, Social Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Economics, Accounts, Business Studies and Computer Science. Modules in Hindi are implemented.
Multi Media Room
The school has an air-conditioned full-fledged lab with 35 computers with state-of-the-art equipment, updated hardware and software. An Audio-Visual room with LCD projector and television is also provided.
RRPS Campus Care (School Online)
It is a Parent to Child Connect Program created through web portal for continuous interaction between the school and parents. This program makes information available to parents about their ward 24x7 online like attendance analysis, academic record details, assignments, daily homework, list of holidays, examination schedule / result, extra-curricular activities and PTM schedule. Parents are also enabled to send messages, queries and feedback to school / teachers /principal and get response online.
Medical Room
School medical room is fully equipped with bed, first aid and other equipments. A full time trained nurse dispenses common medicines. Arrangement with nearby nursing home in Saket has been made to treat children in case of emergency. The school has registered doctors on panel for annual medical check-up including eye / dental / General health check of all students is done every year and report is sent to parents for necessary action.
MULTI-MEDIA LABORATORY
School computer lab has well equipped computers with latest software installed. A hard writing surface on each computer desk is available to the students for taking notes. School computer lab has high speed internet connection on each system, which proves beneficial while doing research work. Lab has convenient air circulation system, which has its own importance for two main reasons. Firstly, to protect computers from overheating and secondly for the comfort of the students.
An well equipped Audio-Visual (Hi-tech) room is at 3rd floor of the school building for conducting seminars, conferences and e- assessments.
LABORATORIES
The school has well-equipped laboratories for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics and Social Science where students ‘learn by doing’ under the supervision of their teachers.
DREAMS UNLIMITED
All Pre-Primary and Primary classrooms have thematic walls, artistically depicting various age specific concepts. The school also has a beautifully painted story room having speaking walls. Students visit the room for weekly story telling sessions. A portion of school building is converted as ‘Learning with Fun Corner’.
WELLNESS ROOM
School wellness room is fully equipped with bed, First-Aid and other equipments. A full time qualified and trained nurse takes care of First-Aid. Arrangement with nearby nursing home/ hospital has been made to treat children in case of emergency.The school conducts annual health check–up of all the students.
SKILL SUBJECTS
In order to upgrade the skills and proficiency of the young generation and also to provide them awareness to explore about various career options the school has started offering various Vocational Courses, i.e. Information Technology, Financial Markets Management, Security and Electrical Technology in different sectors at Secondary and Senior Secondary level. Many of these courses are offered in collaboration with the professional organizations. The skill education envisions imparting the procedural knowledge and skills to the students that will enable students to excel and emerge successful in real situation of both work and life. It works towards imparting an education that is holistic, meaningful and skill oriented which instills among the youth a sense of usefulness and responsibility.
