Note:
- All Saturdays are non- working for Nursery to III.
- Saturdays are working for class IV to XII except 2nd Saturday.
- School will remain closed on 2nd Saturday of every month.
Fees are payable in advance by 10th of every month as per the following
Schedule after which a fine of `10/- per day per month is chargeable.
10th April for April + Annual Fee
10th of every month for May to March
Further, if balance unpaid fee is more than ` 1800, late fee @ ` 5/- per day is chargeable from 11th of the month. If the fee remains unpaid by end of the month, the name of the student is liable to be struck off from the school rolls. Fees are payable for 12 months of the year irrespective of the date/ month of admission or absence during the year.
School fee is also accepted on monthly / quarterly / annual basis on request.

- Choosing an appropriate uniform is a painstaking process, aligning it with school’s ethos, keeping in mind the weather conditions, easy availability for parents etc.
- School uniform enhances students’ pride in themselves, create unity among them and teachers community and equality spirit.
- Wearing School uniform is compulsory for all students. No student is allowed to enter the school without uniform, even on holidays and PTMs. Parents are advised not to buy oversized uniforms as the child not only feels inconvenient but also doesn’t look well-groomed. Girls’ hair must be kept short or tied into neat pleats. They must wear white hair band or clip. Sikh boys must wear only maroon or white patkas/turbans.
- Parents are free to procure it from wherever they wish.
- The School uniform is also available at the School uniform counter on all working Saturdays for parents convenience and as per the schedule given from time to time.
- A CHILD CAN BE SENT BACK IF IMPROPERLY DRESSED.
- Blazer is compulsory for classes III to XII and Jackets for classes Pre- school to II during winters as it gets very cold for children.
- Children should wear School uniform/ Sports Uniform/ House Uniform on the days appointed in the time table.

- School transport is available for colonies in Gurugram and some colonies of South Delhi near Saket. Transport charges are payable for all twelve months.
- Bus routes are planned in beginning of the session to suit the convenience of maximum possible number. Hence, routes cannot be changed or extended to suit individual needs.
- For discontinuing transport facility, one month's clear notice is required.
- Once discontinued, it shall not be restored during the session.
- Students are not permitted to discontinue school transport during summer vacation or last two months of the session.
- During extra / special classes, no extra trips are arranged. Students should come and go back home as per the scheduled timings or make their own arrangement.
- Parents must drop & pick up their wards well in time at the scheduled bus stop, particularly students up to class V.
- Surprise check / voluntary bus duty by parents and a report to the Principal about bus service would be highly appreciated.
- Any damage to the school vehicle by users must be made good.
- For students who come from Delhi, the school bus reaches first pick up stop at 6:45 a.m.
- If possible use school transport for better safety and security.
- If you are arranging or have arranged your own private transport for the child to commute to school, you must ensure that all rules laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court are adhered to.
- The vans / vehicles should not be overcrowded and should be safe for the students to travel.
- Please ensure that Police Verification of the Van Drivers is done.
- Transport Dept., Govt. of Delhi and Gurugram has issued directions for the Parents too, to ensure that your ward is not using unsafe & illegal Cab/Vans.
- Parents should also know the details of the owner and the driver (Residential Address, Mobile Number etc.). You are requested to submit the copy of Police Verification along with the other details mentioned below to the school authorities.
- It is further noticed that students are sitting on the LPG cylinder while commuting which is unsafe and dangerous. You are requested to look into the same.
- It has been mandatory that one of the parents has to accompany or can hire lady maid (Aaya) for the children in the Private Van for security purpose every day.
- Please note that the responsibility of safety/security of such transport users ends at the school gate.
- Parents must fill up the attached Performa in duplicate along with a photocopy of the driver's driving license, which shall be kept in the school record. Parents are advised to keep a constant watch over private transport used and get the private drivers antecedents verified.
- Any change in the above should be immediately informed to the School Transport-in-charge.
- Students are allowed enter in the school premises only from 7:45 a.m. onwards unless otherwise permitted by principal on written request of the parents. At the close of the day students are advised to wait for their private transports near the school gate instead of roaming around. No student is permitted to go out of the school unescorted. Parents of students availing Private transport must pick their children under vigil of the teacher in charge or School Guard.
- In case parents or private Transports are late, the students must inform the school office. They should not leave the school alone.
- The school shall not be responsible in the event of any mishap /accident of the private vehicle.
- They must carry library card duly signed by the librarian as the books are issued only against the card.
- They must maintain absolute silence in the library.
- Books are issued for one week; they may be renewed at the discretion of the librarian but for overdue books, a fine of `10/- per day is charged. Books marked or damaged will have to be replaced or paid for by the borrower with fine.
- Students are not allowed to bring their personal books to the library.
- If library card is lost or damaged, a fine of ` 50/- will be charged.
- Library card must be returned at the end of the session.

- Teacher's Self Development Period- To enhance personal and professional growth. The teachers have a designated library period.
- All teachers have access to a wide range of study materials for preparing student conducive pedagogy. Resources are available to create assignment/ study material for students.
CLASS LIBRARY
To inculcate reading habit amongst students and for easy access and a sense of belonging, Classes Nursery to IX are equipped with a class library. It is maintained and updated from time to time by school. Students are welcome to add to their class library collection themselves also.
Text books and stationery items are available at the school counter which remains open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on all working days including working Saturdays. The approved price list is displayed. For uniformity, students are expected to buy exercise books of standard design.
The school computer lab has well-equipped computers with the latest software installed. A hard writing surface on each computer desk is available to the students for taking notes. The school computer lab has a high-speed internet connection on each system, which proves beneficial while doing research work. The lab has a convenient air circulation system, which has its importance for two main reasons. Firstly, to protect computers from overheating and secondly for the comfort of the students.
The school has well-equipped laboratories for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics and Social Science, where students ‘learn by doing’ under the supervision of their teachers.
To create an environment of scientific temperament, innovation, creativity among students, Atal tinkering lab is introduced in our school.
Individual curiosity has always been a driving force for innovation. To give wings to our student’s curiosity a science park has been created in school premises.
All Pre-Primary and Primary classrooms have thematic walls, artistically depicting various age-specific concepts. The school also has a beautifully painted story room having speaking walls. Students visit the room for weekly storytelling sessions. A portion of the school building is converted as ‘Learning with Fun Corner’.
“Sky is the limit for learning”, considering this we introduced three new subjects viz, Nature Nurture, STEM and Ninja Math as a part of our curriculum
- Nurture: This subject was introduced to create awareness among students about our mother nature. It helps to encourage children to observe and think about the exquisiteness of nature along with their learning process of different subjects by relating it to nature.
- STEM: The interdisciplinary and applied approach of STEM subject helps the students to learn Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics through simple, short but interesting activities.
- Ninja Math: To help motivate and inspire learning of basic facts in Math subject, this program introduced for primary classes. This provides to be an effective tool to learn Mathematics through fun activities.
The School wellness room is fully equipped with a bed, First-Aid and other equipments. A full time qualified and trained nurse takes care of First-Aid. Arrangement with nearby nursing home/ hospital has been made to treat children in case of an emergency. The school conducts an annual health check-up of all the students.
Students suffering from any one of the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to school.
Chicken Pox - till complete falling of scab
Cholera - till the child is completely well
Measles - two weeks after the rashes disappear
Mumps - until the swelling has gone
Whooping Cough - six weeks
Jaundice - six weeks
Also, a child who is ill should not be sent to the school or for examination. The student found ill on arrival at the school is sent home after informing the parents, who advised to pick up the child from school.
To facilitate more mixing among students, increase community spirit, peer mentoring, boost the existing rewards system, encourage more students to get involved in competitions in various cultural, literary, sports and co- curricular activities and to develop leadership opportunities for students, they are grouped into the following four Houses.

Each House is headed by a House In-charge, who ensures that all House activities are organized properly, assisted by other members of the staff. In order to inculcate responsible behavior among the students, House Captain, House Vice –Captain and class-wise Prefects are chosen in every House. Intra-class, Inter - House and Inter - School competitions and activities are held throughout the year to help students achieve higher standards of excellence.
Every month, the House-on-duty ensures discipline, cleanliness and aesthetics in the school. The House-on-duty also takes care of morning assembly, lunch break and departure time.
House Meetings are scheduled for every fourth Wednesday of the month.
Flag hoisting and Retreating ceremony is held on the last working day of the Month.
The House System promotes a keen but good-natured rivalry between House teams to see who will win the House Trophy each year.

To foster leadership qualities and democratic functioning, elections are held to elect Head Boy & Head Girl from class XII, Vice-Head boy and Vice-Head girl from class XI. Sports Captain girls and Sports Captain boys from Class X. Junior Head boy and Junior Head girl are selected from Class V. The criteria for contestants is excellence in academics, sports, co-curricular activities, communication and leadership skills and initiative taking ability.
The elected representatives are honoured with badges and bouquets in a special investiture ceremony organized during assembly.
They are expected to help organize school functions with the help of House- Captains and Prefects chosen by them; articulate students' grievances / suggestions and assist in creating discipline policies.
